Where: Download .xlsx at the top of Insights ▸ Engagement The export is the Engagement page as a spreadsheet. It uses exactly the selection on your screen — date range, campaigns, batches, CTA — and the same numbers, so what you see and what you download always agree. The file is named after your selection and the time you downloaded it, for example insights-2026-09-23-1405-spring-launch-last-30-days.xlsx, so a Downloads folder keeps them in order.

The sheets

Counts and percentages are real numbers, so you can sort, filter and add them up. The header row of each sheet stays in place as you scroll and has filters switched on.

The Recipients sheet

Each row is one recipient’s page:
  • Who: campaign, batch, presenter and their email, and the recipient’s name, email and company. These come from your recipient list, the row the video was made for.
  • What they did: opened or not, first and last opened, page loads, plays, watched past half, average watched, call-to-action clicks and the kind of call to action, and their rating.
A recipient with two or more plays is one whose video was watched again. Filter that column to get the list of people who showed the most interest. First opened reads before 2026-09-22 for a page first opened before visits were recorded one by one; see Engagement. Last opened always has a date.
The Recipients sheet holds personal data. It lists your recipients’ names and email addresses. Treat the file the way you treat your recipient list: keep it in your own systems and share it only with people who work with those contacts.
