The three steps
1
Open the request
It shows the campaign, the colleague running it, and what remains outstanding.
2
Choose your avatar and your voice
Pick which likeness and which voice this outreach uses, from your own library. Each choice saves
as you make it, separately from consent, so you can come back. If you have a preferred voice it
is already selected.
3
Grant, or decline
Grant consent becomes available once both an avatar and a voice are chosen. Declining is a
normal answer and needs no justification.
What you are agreeing to, precisely
Your consent covers the languages your voice collection covers. It does not extend to other campaigns: each one asks you separately.Changing your mind or your setup
Choosing a different avatar or voice later makes your earlier agreement stale, and you will be asked again. That is deliberate: you agreed to something specific, so a change means a fresh agreement. If you want out of an outreach you have already agreed to, speak to the colleague running it. They can see exactly who has consented and who has not.If you are stuck
- Grant is unavailable. One of the two pieces is missing. The request says which.
- You cannot find a request you were told about. Check you are signed in with the same email your colleague used in their list. A different address is the usual cause.
- You do not have a LatentCast account. Ask the colleague running the campaign to have one created for you.
