Who we are
LatentCast is a company based in Belgium. We operate within European Union and Belgian law and act as the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your work email when you request early access or a sample video, and anything you choose to tell us in that exchange.
- Technical data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To respond to your request and contact you about LatentCast early access. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in talking to teams who ask to hear from us.
Where your data lives
Customer data is stored in the European Union. Our hosting and email providers process it on EU infrastructure.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site and reach you, such as our EU hosting provider and our email provider. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
Cookies
By default we use only cookieless analytics, which set no cookies and do not track you across sites. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; you can decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date above reflects the latest version.
